Our proven exterior painting process makes it easy to work with us, from the first wash to the final walkthrough.
Paint fails fast over dirt, chalk and grime. We power wash the whole house, scrub surfaces with the right cleaner for each material, rinse, and allow 12+ hours to dry.
We cover plants and the ground, chip loose paint, sand failed areas, fill holes and rot, caulk cracks, and re-secure or replace loose materials so every surface is paint-ready.
We tape and cover windows, gutters and anything not being painted, move obstructions like downspouts and patio furniture, then apply the right primer or stain for each surface.
With prep and priming done, we apply a consistent finish coat in full sections using high-quality products, sprayed or brushed depending on the surface and plan.
We remove tape and drops, sweep up, do the touch-ups and put back anything we moved. Then we walk the finished job with you, and it isn’t done until you approve it.
